Returns Information

Shopping online can be tricky, and sometimes when something arrives, we realise it isn't for us.

If you order online and and you decide it isn't for you, then may return the item to us for a refund. Depending on the products involved there are different processes which we follow - speak to our team if you have any queries or questions. 

Missing Parts & Damaged Items

Sometimes issues occur with products; either through transit damage or during the manufacturing process.  

In these instances, we will replace any damaged or missing parts as quickly as possible for you - just email us with images and we will get it sorted!
